We are the first bank to certify processes and procedures of the products on the market according to the international norm ISO 9001:2008.
Such certification was granted after implementing a Quality Management System through which the institution proposed, among other goals, to improve the efficiency in the organization and clients’ satisfaction.
The scope of the Certification covers the integral Management of Programs and Credit Lines Design, Granting and Administering; the Creation and Administration of Trusts, the implementation of Capital Market Operations and teh Creation and Administration of Deposit and Long-term Investments. This way, the Quality Management System covers all areas of the Banking Business including also different support areas such as Operations and Foreign Trade, IT, Operative Risk, Organization and Methods, Accountancy and Taxes, Purchases and Contracts.
The ISO 9001 norm created by the International Standardization Organization is based on principles which point to achieving a rise in the institution’s yield, the staff motivation, the client satisfaction through compliance with requirements and the measurement of such progress for the sake of the constant improvement.
