The Bank of Investment and Foreign Trade (BICE) is a public institution which grants medium and long-term loans destined to the productive investment and foreign trade, the only shareholder being the National State.

Since its creation, it has also been a second floor bank, which lets it grant loans not just directly to companies but also through different institutions of the commercial banking sector.

To turn the BICE into the Argentine Development Bank, complementing markets through the extension of terms, the inclusion of new qualified borrowers and the financing structuring of real investment.
