Under Law N° 27.275, public information is any data generated, obtained, transformed, controlled, or guarded by regulated entities.
According to Section 7, Subsection «o» of said law, the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A. (Argentine Investment and Foreign-Trade Bank) is required to provide public information.

What is the right to access public information?
It is the possibility of searching, accessing, requesting, receiving, copying, analyzing, reprocessing, reusing, and redistributing freely (Section 2 of Law N° 27.275) any information held in the custody of the regulated entities (Section 7 of Law N° 27.275).
Who can have access to public information?
Any individual or legal entity, either public or private, has the right to request and receive public information (Section 4 of Law N° 27.275).
